1 Call us at 775-453-4628. If we do not answer, please leave your name, number, and a brief message about your what we can do for you. You can also send us an email using our contact form.
2 Check to see if you qualify to use your insurance. We are able to accept a number of plans now, including Prominence and some CDS plans. If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, or United Health PPO, complete this form with the Lactation Network to see if your insurance will cover your visits. We will receive an email letting us know if you are covered. We still accept private pay and HSA/FSA cards if your insurance will not cover your visits.
3 Complete the intake paperwork by creating an account through our client portal. This is how we will communicate with you and keep your information confidential.
